Camarao com Molho de Coco (Braziliaanse garnalen)

Ingrediënten
1/4 cup extra virgin olijfolie1 green peper, minced
1 small ui, minced
1 large tomato, chopped
1 clove knoflook, minced
1 1.2 theelepel. gemalen komijn
1/3 cup koriander, chopped
1 1/2 lb. fresh garnalen, peeled and deveined
1 Eetlepel. meel
2 cup kokosmelk
zout and peper to taste
3-4 chopped sjalotten
handful of klapper
Bereidingswijze
n a skillet, saute peper, ui, tomato, and knoflook in olie.
Add komijn, koriander, and garnalen. Saute until cooked through. Stir in the meel and cook 1 minute. Add kokosmelk, cook over low heat until thickened. Season with zout and peper and serve garnished with sjalotten and coconut.
